Referred to by the nation’s widely read and highly respected legal magazine, the ABA Journal, as a “steel magnolia,” Attorney Christi Hunoval combines her southern manner with a keen advocacy for her clients. Attorney Hunoval is licensed in North and South Carolina and joins Parton Law with over 20 years of experience ranging from litigating cases for more than a decade at a national Am Law 200 law firm to forging uncharted territory as a small business owner.
Attorney Hunoval was born and raised in South Carolina where she went on to receive her undergraduate degree in Journalism and her law degree at the University of South Carolina. She was also privileged to serve as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph F. Anderson, Jr. a Federal Judge for the District of South Carolina.
Ms. Hunoval has made the Charlotte metro area her home since late 2006 and has established a track record of success in meeting the diverse needs of large institutional clients, self-reliant entrepreneurs, and individuals navigating legal challenges for the first time. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts of North and South Carolina and has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation. Discipline and drive are the cornerstones of her professional ethos.
Outside of the office, Ms. Hunoval volunteers her time at her church, Life Fellowship, and tries to keep up with her teenagers’ numerous sports, academic, and musical obligations.
